Death.  It’s a hard topic to talk about, so often we don’t.  Which means that important conversations get put off until it is too late, with our parents, our spouses, our children.  In the event you are suddenly incapacitated, are you prepared?

 Have you made a will?  In any given year, up to 70% of Americans die without a will.  Nevertheless, you DO have a will.  The state wrote it for you years ago, but you may not like what it says or how it divides your posessions, or provides for care of your minor children.  

 Your estate plan should reflect your values.  This session is presented by retired Rev. Charles Cloughen who has counseled hundreds through these decisions and has held 25-30 sessions like this in the course of his career.  He is not an attorney, but will provide you with a workbook and all the forms you will need to get in order before working with an attorney to ensure your estate is properly handled.
