-Sunday mornings to Noon Only parking on the third street ocean block is free to St. Paul’s by-the Sea parishioners when a parking identification card is displayed on your vehicle dash.  Parking identification cards can be obtained by visiting the church office. 410-289-3453. Parking passes cannot be mailed, emailed, faxed, scanned or copied.
