Announcement of the Annual Parish Meeting of St. Paul’s by-the-Sea                     Pursuant to Article II of the Parish Bylaws

The Annual Congregational Meeting of St. Paul’s by-the-Sea Church is scheduled for Sunday, February 6, 2022 at approximately 11:30 a.m. in DeWees Hall.  Agenda items include

• The adoption of the minutes from the Congregational Meeting of February, 2021
• Receipt of reports from the Officers, Vestry, Committees and Others
• Election of two (2) Vestry members
• Election of two (2) delegates and two (2) alternates to the 2023 Diocese of Easton Convention
• Other Business to come before the Congregation
