UTO is an ongoing ministry of the “little blue boxes” in which coins are placed in the box every time one thinks of “giving thanks” for what one has.   The boxes are collected twice a year at church services, and the offerings are forwarded to the Diocese.  Most recently, these UTO offerings have been given to establish a Montessori Pre-School in Princess Anne to benefit underserved children.
